Should you encounter problems on arrival or during your stay, our friendly caretaker Brian is usually on hand to help. He lives directly opposite the hall at Garrigill House. There is poor mobile phone signal in the village for some networks. If you are unable to obtain good signal strength the nearest signal reception points are on higher ground as you enter or leave the village or connect to our WiFi and use WiFi calling. There's a public phone box in the village.
