Bookings and Cancellations

Please contact Clive our bookings secretary if: 

# you need to change your booking or enquire about exclusive use of the bunkroom or have any booking queries; 

# you need to cancel your booking for a full refund. Please let us know at the earliest opportunity and at latest the day before you are booked to arrive; 

 # you're a larger group needing use of the hall camp beds; 

 # you're an organised youth group like a school, Scouts or DofE, as discounts are available (ask for the promo code)

Please note: You should normally receive our booking confirmation email within 24 hours of booking. This contains the key code for access to the bunkroom. If you book on the day of intended arrival or a day or two beforehand, there may be occasions when you do not receive the key code in time. In such event, please ask our caretaker Brian for the code. He is very helpful and lives directly opposite the hall at Garrigill House.
