Eden Mind

Eden Mind

1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem in any given year. It can happen to anyone at any time of life.

Mental health is something that affects us all. Statistics show that a quarter of us will experience a mental health problem within any given year and many people will have thoughts of self harm and suicide.

But speaking to others about how you are feeling, and asking for help can be the start of your recovery.

  • We at Carlisle Eden Mind have an established team of volunteers across a broad range of roles. Working with supportive colleagues, volunteering with us is a great opportunity to build your confidence and give something back to others.
