Joining the100 Club
Who can join the 100 Club?
Anyone over 16 and living or owning property or a business within the Alston Moor Parish boundary.
How do I join the 100 Club?
Just have a word with Tim Haldon (100 Club treasurer) at Rowantree, 1 Gatehead, Garrigill, CA9 3EB or Clive Mitchell (100 Club secretary) at Glendale, Garrigill, CA9 3EB or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll set up your membership.
What does it cost each month?
Each entry costs £1. We simply ask that you buy a full year's entries in advance. For a single £1 entry each month, your annual payment will be £12. If, like many members, you'd prefer several entries a month, a monthly standing order for say £2 or £3 (or more!) is worth considering.
How do I make payment?
If you possibly can, it really helps us if you can pay by annual or monthly standing order. If you're into online banking you can set up a standing order that way; you'll find our bank details here. Alternatively, just print and complete the standing order mandate and pop it in to Tim or Clive. Once set up, you can just leave it running without the need for us to trouble you each year for payment. Cash or cheque in favour of “Garrigill Village Hall” is fine if payment by standing order is inconvenient for you.
What happens next?
Your allotted personal entry number (or numbers, for two or more monthly entries) will be used in all draws for which our bank has received your payment.
How do I know if I've won?
You'll receive payment from the 100 Club treasurer shortly after the draw. Click here to view the list of monthly prizewinners.
